This report provides a summary of all patches withdrawn during a 12 month
period. The report will be made available to all customers via SunSolve
and will be updated when a patch is withdrawn.
The 'Quick Reference Section' provides a list of new entries added in the
withdrawn patch report.
The 'Synopsis of Withdrawn Patches' is available to provide a brief
description of the patch being withdrawn.
A 'Detailed Listing of Withdrawn Patches' is available at the end of the
report and includes excerpts from the patch readme. Please review the
readme excerpts below for information regarding the withdrawal of the
patch and recommendation.
The patches in the 'Synopsis' and 'Detailed Listing' sections appear in
descending order by date withdrawn (i.e. The most recently withdrawn
patches appear first). These sections will include a cumulative list of
withdrawn patches for the last 12 months.
All issues related to these patches should be directed to the normal

This VRTSvxvm patch 124361-03 should be identical to the one released by Symantec. However, the Symantec copy of 124361-03 had a later fix level relative to the fix level of the copy provided by Sun. The Symantec copy included an additional undocumented change for an internal Symantec etrack.
This anomaly has been resolved by making these patches unavailable at both the Sun and Symantec sites.

(139442-02) ALREADY ON SUNSOLVE
Reason:
Upgrading the Sun System Firmware to version 7.2.0 using patch 139442-01 on a
Sun Netra T5220 Server may cause host power on failure.
This happens only if the power has been disconnected from the system since the firmware upgrade.
When this occurs the system will power on and will immediately be powered off by SP due to environmental faults.

Do not install the firmware delivered in 139442-01.
