A Security Vulnerability in StarOffice/StarSuite 8 may allow file manipulation and Arbitrary Code execution
1. Impact
A security vulnerability in the custom memory allocation function of
StarOffice/StarSuite 8 may lead to heap overflows and file
manipulation. This could allow a remote unprivileged user who provides
a StarOffice/StarSuite document that is opened by a local user to
execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of that user.
