1) Login to the Management Host as Administrator user.
2) Download this patch to a download directory. Extract the patch using
the appropriate archive tool.
3) For details on this release, go to:

4) Verify the correct release of CAM is installed by running the 'iam' command.
%SystemDrive%\Sun\CommonArrayManager\Host_Software_6.5.0.10\bin\iam.bat
Output should indicate CAM release 6.5.0.10. If not do not install
this patch.
5) Uninstall the current array firmware packages:
SUNWc2500:
msiexec /x "{57B5808A-98AC-4AC9-B8FD-69AC05259908}"
SUNWj4000:
msiexec /x "{191BDBA0-B790-441E-881F-DDAB286C582B}"
6) Install the new array firmware packages:
Change to the directory where the patch was extracted.
Double click each msi file to install using the Installer. Or manually
install by executing:
msiexec /i SUNWc2500.msi
msiexec /i SUNWj4000.msi
7) Upgrade the array firmware using the Common Array Manager:

Uninstalling the Patch:
------------------------------
Uninstalling firmware patches is generally not recommended. After upgrading
the array firmware and then backing out the patch, future analysis will
recommend the firmware be downgraded and generate an alarm. Firmware
downgrade is not supported in CAM. This should not be done without guidance
from a Sun Service representative.
