 1) IDM8.1.0_ModifiedFiles_PatchOverPatch.txt: 
 --------------------------------------------------
 This file contains a listing of files which have changed release over release,
 what defect numbers are associated with them, and the number of files 
 changed per defect.  There will be some defects listed that are not actually 
 fixed in this patch but have been fixed in a previous releases or patches.
 They are listed as an artifact of the scanning process on each file modified
 and do not represent a change based on that defect.  The official defects
 that caused the need for file modification are listed above.
 
 2) The following release note was not included in the Release Notes but will
   be in the next version of the release notes:
 
   The Remedy ticketId is now included in the audit entry when the Remedy 
   Deferred Task updates the External Resource Provisioning Request 
   WorkItem based on the Remedy ticket status, as directed by the 
   Remedy Rule. (ID 20911)
