'Management Host' or 'Data Host Proxy Agent' installations. It is not intended to
be used or is it required for 'Administrator Host CLI Client' installations.

This patch can only be applied to Windows systems that have the CAM 6.5.0
PRE-REQUISITE release installed.
1) Login to the Management Host as a user with administrator privileges.
2) Download this patch to you download your directory. Extract the patch using
the appropriate archive tool.
3) For details and installation information about CAM 6.5.0, go to:

4) Open a DOS Command Prompt window and change directory to where you extracted
the patch:
cd <your download directory>/141581-01/141581-01
5) Verify the correct release of CAM is installed and determine if the base installation
was a 'Full Installation', 'Management Host', 'Data Host Proxy Agent', or
'Administrator Host CLI Client' installation by running the 'iam' command and
checking the output.
%SystemDrive%\Sun\CommonArrayManager\Host_Software_6.5.0.10\bin\iam.bat
Note: The 'iam' tool is not updated by this patch so it will continue to display
CAM release 6.5.0.10 after the patch is installed.
6) Use the included 'patchadd.bat' command to automatically install this patch:
# cd <your patch 141576-01 download directory>/141576-01
# patchadd.bat
Note: Ignore any 'Warning: smreg is obsolete ...' warning messages.
7) You can use one of the following methods to verify the patch is installed based on
the installation type obtained in step 5.
For 'Full Installation', 'Management Host', or 'Data Host Proxy Agent' installations
run the 'sscs.exe --version' command:
On 32 bit Windows systems run the following commands:

8) Install firmware patches as needed and upgrade the array firmware using the
Common Array Manager.

The base 6.5.0.10 release DVD or downloaded image is required to automatically
backout this patch:
# cd <your patch 6.5.0.11 download directory>
