Patch Installation Instructions:

To install this patch, run the command:
1. Get the list of installed RPMs using:
"rpm -qa | grep sun-as"
2. For each installed RPM, retrieve its install prefix using:
"rpm -q --queryformat '%{INSTALLPREFIX}\n' RPM-name"
where RPM-name is the RPM name on the list from Step 1.
3. The RPM (referred to as RPM-file-name) must be installed
in the following order:
sun-ascmn-9.1.02.i386.rpm,
sun-asac-9.1.02.i386.rpm
sun-asu-9.1.02.i386.rpm
sun-asut-9.1.02.i386.rpm
sun-asJdbcDrivers-9.1.02.i386.rpm
Failure to install these in the above order may result
in errors.
4. Upgrade the RPM using:
"rpm --force --upgrade --prefix PREFIX-DIR RPM-file-name"
where PREFIX-DIR is the install prefix for the RPM obtained
from Step 2. Multiple RPM file names can be supplied if they
have the same PREFIX-DIR. The --force option needs to be
used to correct a version error that occured in 9.1.Special Install Instructions:

Upgrading apache20 plugin on rpm-based appserver installation on Linux:
LB can't be upgraded on patch-based installs. So On Linux and apache 2.0 webserver, if you are trying to upgrade from any earlier rpm-based ee install to 9.1Patch1 ee, then :
1. Stop webserver
2. Copy from <appserver_install_directory>/lib/webserver-plugin/linux/apache2/ to <webserver_install_directory>/modules, these files :-

3. One more step to add ONLY for pkg-based linux installations of Appserver, the icu libraries are put under /opt/sun/private/lib .
This directory has to be in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in apachectl script.
4. Start the webserver and your lb is upgraded to the newer one.
5. The following files permission's needs to be set to "755":
<appserver_install_directory>lib/pk12util
<appserver_install_directory>/lib/certutil
For example, if you had installed the RPMs in /opt/sun/appserver,
chmod 755 /opt/sun/appserver/lib/pk12util
chmod 755 /opt/sun/appserver/lib/certutil
