         DAP patches in safemode", this patch contains a checkinstall script which
         aborts patch application to a live boot environment if the system is in
         Deferred Activation Patching (DAP) mode. That is, this kernel patch will not
        apply if 120012-14 was applied previously in the same patching session --
        following a system reboot, this patch will apply nominally.
