6612317 Assertion: DBGGEN ERROR when CC -g with xdebugformat=dwarf in S11

6402529 dbggen gives wrong member offsets on x86 (and sparc)
6336699 mangled .debug_line section error during gdb debugging

For Solaris 10 releases, Sun Studio 11 installer explicitly does a -G install,
therefore the patches must be installed or removed with -G, also.
