Problem Description:
4420378 Dbx hangs when debugging step by
4411112 next/step run away in MT apps when signals are present
(from 109477-02)
4345895 dlopen(sharedobj) without .so suffix ==> no perf data (&spurious msg)
4354831 dbx 6.0 is unable to load exe compiled with -g
4358120 internal error in dbx (SIGBUS) reading C++ file

4325770 bpt reinstatement on autoreload (on 'run') is broken

installs a patch to a standalone machine:
