the appropriate support contract. Entitlement to download the patch has
been denied to you as the appropriate support contracts are not
currently associated with your Sun Online Account (SOA).
If you are not
logged in, please do so now and refresh the screen to see if access
entitlement is granted to the patch. If access entitlement is still not
granted and you believe you have the appropriate support contract,
ensure the support contract is associated with your Sun Online Account
(SOA) by clicking the "Change Contract" link near the top of the
right-hand SunSolve menu.
"Mouse over" the red padlock symbol on patches which you are not currently entitled to access to see information on their specific access entitlements. This will display the "Entitlement Classes" associated with the patch.
"Entitlement Classes" work on a Lowest Common Denomiator basis, so if any of the "Entitlement Classes" associated with the patch match any of the "Entitlement Classes" associated with your Sun Online Account (SOA), then access will be granted. While logged in to SunSolve, click on "Change Contract" near the top of the right-hand menu to see the "Entitlement Classes" associated with your Sun Online Account (SOA). Note, customers who are registered in Member Support Center (MSC) may not have the "Change Contract" link in SunSolve as their contracts are automatically associated with their Sun Online Account (SOA).
You can find details of the "Entitlement Classes" at the following page:
